CLEVI, a South Korean AI specialist, took part in Industrial AI EXPO, showcasing its foundation model and LMM (Large Language Model)-based technologies. At the exhibition, CLEVI made a strong impression on visitors through demonstrations of its Coding Agent, drone and robotics solutions, and physical AI.

CLEVI CEO Lee Hwan-ho emphasised, “CLEVI is currently a company that has independently developed a foundation platform in South Korea with approximately 1.4 trillion parameters, and is by no means behind even when compared with big tech companies.”

CLEVI unveiled a Coding Agent demonstration at the exhibition. Going beyond simply writing parts of code, it implemented a function that automatically handles the entire process, from writing code to server deployment, when users enter commands such as ‘Create a website that tells me tomorrow’s weather’ or ‘Deploy a website that automatically generates a report on the company’s facilities every day’.

CEO Lee Hwan-ho said, “Many developers were amazed and impressed by its performance, and it is such an appealing solution that some even expressed a desire to adopt it immediately.”

At this EXPO, CLEVI also demonstrated a drone solution for predicting disaster situations and robot full-body control technology. The drone used camera vision and AI prediction to analyse situational awareness and the possibility of a crisis, while the robot demonstrated both a method of scanning and transmitting human movements and an autonomous movement method based on reinforcement learning.

In particular, technology that learned everyday movements such as folding laundry through just 30–50 demonstrations and then performed them autonomously through reinforcement learning attracted visitors’ attention. CEO Lee Hwan-ho explained, “Internally, we used image-editing AI to generate synthetic data and maximise learning efficiency,” adding, “Based on this technological capability, our company is also demonstrating clear strengths in the digital twin sector.”

CLEVI previously launched the generative AI ‘Ivy’ in March. With development costs of approximately KRW 1.5 billion and average monthly operating costs of KRW 10 million, it is a model that achieved strong results in benchmarks against global companies such as OpenAI and DeepSeek. Ivy provides ▲real-time learning and adaptation ▲multi-data processing ▲code interpreter ▲expert model generation ▲agent support systems, and is evaluated as a highly efficient, low-cost AI solution.

Meanwhile, under the slogan ‘Pure Imagination’, CLEVI presented its vision of building a platform that enables anyone to develop their own solutions through imagination alone, without specialised knowledge. CEO Lee Hwan-ho said, “Ultimately, CLEVI’s purpose is to create a platform where users can determine their own learning direction and implement what they want to do,” adding, “We will help solve in the real world the problems that people need AI to address in their daily lives but have been unable to find solutions for.”
