The 1st Industrial AI Expo was held from the 3rd to the 5th at the COEX Magok Convention Centre. Under the overarching theme “The Convergence of AI and Industry: Leading a New Industrial Revolution,” the expo brought together future-oriented technologies and solutions integrating AI across industries, including energy, logistics, healthcare, climate tech and digital healthcare, extending beyond manufacturing.
Attracting attention as Korea’s first exhibition dedicated to industry-specific AI, the expo focused not only on the exhibition itself but also on revitalizing the industrial AI ecosystem and creating practical business cooperation opportunities through various supplementary events, including conferences, the Industrial AI International Certification Forum, AI-Tech seminars, and IR pitching and business connect sessions.
HD Hyundai Unveils a Wide Range of ‘People-Centred’ Smart Industry Innovation Technologies at Industrial AI Expo 2025

At the Industrial AI Expo 2025, HD Hyundai presented its vision for the smart transformation of the manufacturing industry, spanning shipbuilding, construction and energy, through advanced AI technologies and innovative solutions. At the exhibition, held at the Magok COEX Convention Centre, HD Hyundai showcased a range of AI-based innovative solutions under the central theme of a “people-centred smart industrial environment,” attracting considerable interest from visitors.
The exhibition centred on ‘HiCAMS (HiCAMS),’ a ship and onshore safety monitoring solution incorporating digital twin technology, and ‘HiCBM (HiCBM),’ an AI-based solution for real-time monitoring of equipment operating conditions and condition-based diagnostic management. These solutions are next-generation technologies that can improve safety in complex manufacturing environments and prevent equipment failures in advance. They have already been deployed at shipyard sites, significantly improving worker safety and production efficiency.
The shipyard-specific AI interpretation and translation service ‘HD Agent (HD Agent)’ also attracted attention. The service converts complex work instructions containing industry terminology, foreign languages and even regional dialects into standard language in real time, maximizing communication efficiency among workers and improving the accuracy of on-site work. In the experience zone at the exhibition hall, visitors could try HD Agent themselves and experience the process of converting work instructions into standard language.
In addition, future technologies for the maritime and land-based industries were also unveiled, including ‘OceanWise’, which recommends optimal routes using vessel operation data; ‘Real-X’, a next-generation construction equipment control solution incorporating reinforcement learning; mobile unmanned power control vessels and combat unmanned surface vessels (USVs); and nuclear-powered ship models, offering a glimpse into the future of smart industrial sites.

CLEVI, an AI specialist, captured visitors’ attention at the 1st Industrial AI Expo by showcasing a humanoid robot equipped with advanced teleoperation technology. Teleoperation technology enables robots to learn and replicate an operator’s actions in real time, and CLEVI demonstrated new possibilities for automating tasks and enhancing safety in industrial settings.
The humanoid robot showcased at CLEVI’s booth precisely reproduced an operator’s movements and demonstrated the high accuracy required for application to complex manufacturing and assembly processes. By reducing the burden on operators while improving both work efficiency and safety, it is attracting significant attention in manufacturing environments.
Meanwhile, CLEVI has also drawn attention for its self-developed large language model, ‘ivy’, a core component of its AI research and development. ‘ivy’ is optimized for implementing customized AI solutions specialized for industrial environments and supports real-time multimodal analysis (voice, images, and video), enabling it to integrate and process diverse data even in complex work environments. Leaders Systems presents industrial AI infrastructure innovation with NVIDIA-based supercomputers and a digital twin platform

Leaders Systems, an NVIDIA ELITE partner led by CEO Lee Boo-seok, participated in the ‘2025 Industrial AI EXPO’, showcasing high-performance GPU-based supercomputing systems and industrial digital twin and AI simulation platforms to demonstrate the potential for AI infrastructure innovation in industrial settings.
Since its establishment in 2003, Leaders Systems has been a GPU specialist company leading the domestic fields of AI, deep learning, simulation, and data centre construction. Based on NVIDIA’s accelerated computing technology, it supplies comprehensive GPU-optimized platforms ranging from supercomputers and workstations to GPU virtualization, visualization, AI education, and cloud research services, establishing itself as a ‘full-stack AI infrastructure partner’.
For this exhibition, the company created an interactive booth centred on real-world industrial applications, alongside next-generation hardware product lines incorporating NVIDIA’s latest architecture, allowing visitors to see and experience the physical implementation of AI technology firsthand.
The centrepiece of the exhibition was the NVIDIA DGX™ B200, a flagship system based on the latest GPU architecture. This next-generation supercomputer supports large-scale AI workloads, including LLMs (large language models), recommendation systems and generative chatbots. On-site, its internal components—including the GPUs, boards and cooling system—were actually disassembled to reveal their structure and operating principles. Technical professionals interested in AI performance and parallel processing optimization continued to visit the exhibit.
The NVIDIA RTX™ PRO 6000 Blackwell series, a high-performance GPU for professional workstations specialized for professional workloads, was also showcased. Equipped with 96GB of GDDR7 memory and the latest Tensor and RT cores, this GPU delivers performance optimized for demanding computing tasks such as high-resolution 3D modelling, real-time simulation and scientific visualization.
Microsoft showcases the present and future of workplace innovation with its generative AI ‘Copilot’

One of the most prominent booths at the exhibition was undoubtedly Microsoft. Visitors streamed continuously throughout the event to the large booth, where dozens of tablets were arranged in a long row. This interactive space, where people could touch, enter information and observe the responses themselves, focused not on simple promotion but on providing hands-on experience with Microsoft’s flagship generative AI solution, ‘Copilot’.
Copilot is Microsoft’s generative AI solution integrated with OpenAI’s ChatGPT technology and has already been applied across Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. At the booth, participants could directly try features such as drafting emails, generating meeting summaries and analysing Excel data, allowing them to intuitively confirm its practical value in real-world workplaces.
Copilot is not limited to being a simple ‘conversational AI’. Reports indicate that it can increase document creation speed by up to 12%, learn a user’s work style to provide increasingly personalized support, and reduce the time spent on repetitive tasks by more than 20 hours per week. It is also noteworthy that it is built on Microsoft’s robust security framework, complies with key regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA, and can therefore be used safely in environments handling sensitive industry data.
Airobot Takes the Stage at Industrial AI EXPO with 4th-Generation Humanoid ‘Alice 4’

Airobot is a company that has continued its research and development with the goal of commercializing and popularizing humanoid robots. It has built up its technological expertise by introducing various models, including Alice, Amy and Eddie, and unveiled its next-generation model, ‘Alice 4’, at this Industrial AI EXPO.
The newly introduced Alice 4 is characterized by its precision control and low-noise walking. It enables stable walking by adopting legs with a multi-link parallel structure and the SLIP (Spring-Loaded Inverted Pendulum) walking model, and its performance is being enhanced with the goal of achieving a walking speed of 3 m/s. It also uses the AI platform ‘Isaac Groot’ to understand natural language and support the performance of various tasks in industrial environments.
At the booth, visitors could play a dice game directly with Alice 4 and experience its vision and voice recognition functions. After the game ended, they received a bottle of water, providing an opportunity to observe the robot’s smooth movements and attracting considerable attention.
Airobot equipped its robot with a self-developed linear actuator, enabling precise force control without a reducer. This technology enables delicate actuation through backdrivability and high current sensitivity, while its thermal management design enhances stability and durability. Its low reduction ratio also reduces noise, making it suitable for environments where people and robots work together.
Meanwhile, Airobot is also contributing to the expansion of the industrial ecosystem by participating in the government-led ‘K-Humanoid Alliance’. Last July, it raised KRW 10 billion in Series A funding, demonstrating its technological competitiveness.
An Airobot representative said, “Alice 4 is a robot developed to perform practical roles in industrial environments,” adding, “We will continue pursuing innovations that can lead the humanoid market.”
HP Korea Unveils AI Development-Optimized Workstation Lineup

HP Korea introduced its Z Series workstations, specialized for high-performance computing environments such as AI development, 3D modelling and data analysis. HP Z AI Workstations are professional PCs designed to maintain stability during extended, high-load workloads, unlike custom-built PCs or gaming PCs. They provide software certified by major ISVs and AI security features, and hold the No. 1 share of the domestic workstation market (2021 Q3–2025 Q1, IDC).
The ‘Z8 Fury G5’, showcased as a flagship product at this exhibition, can be equipped with up to four NVIDIA RTX 6000 Series graphics cards or up to two AMD Radeon PRO W680 graphics cards. Its thermal management design has been enhanced so that high-performance GPUs can operate at peak performance simultaneously, while efficiently supporting complex workloads such as large-scale data processing and sLLM training.
HP Korea also emphasized its strategy of meeting the needs of professionals in diverse environments through its desktop and mobile workstation lineups. The booth also showcased a workstation-based video surveillance solution, introducing a real-world application of AI infrastructure.
An HP Korea representative emphasized that “a workstation is a robust body that can bring well-designed AI solutions to life,” adding, “We will continue to advance AI solutions and hardware together to meet the needs of industrial sites.”
UVC Demonstrates OCTOPUS, a Full-Lifecycle Digital Twin Solution

UVC is a company that has provided smart factory solutions based on its accumulated experience in manufacturing digital twins. Its proprietary platform, based on OPC UA international standard technology, supports IIoT connectivity and data analysis, while integrating various OT and IT technologies to implement a digital twin environment.
At this exhibition, UVC showcased OCTOPUS, a full-lifecycle solution for autonomous manufacturing. Held under the theme ‘All About AI Factory’, the exhibition allowed visitors to experience two of OCTOPUS’s eight solutions firsthand: the AI-based analytics platform ‘OCTOPUS Insight AI’ and the AI-based control centre ‘OCTOPUS MCP Center’.
Presentations by UVC CEO Cho Gyu-jong also continued throughout the exhibition. Under the theme ‘Manufacturing AI is the Brain—Can Autonomous Manufacturing Be Achieved with That Alone?’, he addressed the limitations of adopting AI in manufacturing environments. Division Head Cho Ye-chang shared real-world examples of industrial autonomy through ‘From DX to AX: An Unmanned and Autonomous Digital Twin Strategy Chosen by Leading Companies’.
An interactive event featuring OCTOPUS’s mascot, an octopus plush toy, was also held at the booth. Visitors were able to intuitively experience Physical AI-based robot control alongside the octopus character, making digital twin technology easier to understand.
A UVC official stated, “This exhibition is an opportunity to showcase our vision for an integrated solution for the AI transformation of the manufacturing industry,” adding, “In particular, centred on Insight AI and MCP Center, visitors will be able to directly experience an autonomous manufacturing environment in which AI makes its own decisions and controls processes.”
Mobilint targets ‘ARIES’ and low-power ‘REGULUS’ industrial AI with high-performance, low-power NPUs

Mobilint is an NPU specialist company that develops SoCs capable of ultra-low-power, high-efficiency AI computing using its own technology. Leading the Edge AI era, it supplies lightweight AI semiconductors for applications in smart mobility, IoT, security and healthcare, and has the capability to independently perform the entire SoC design process.
At this exhibition, Mobilint showcased its AI semiconductor product lines, ‘ARIES’ and ‘REGULUS’. ARIES is a high-performance NPU that delivers up to 80 TOPS of performance with power consumption of 25 W, and is available in various form factors, including the ‘MLA100’ series of PCIe cards and the standalone AI box ‘MLX-A1’. At the exhibition venue, an ARIES-based card was installed in a PC to demonstrate AI computing such as vision recognition, image analysis and natural language processing. Demonstrations included high-resolution video restoration, verification of LLM inference speeds in a local environment and multi-channel video analysis.
REGULUS is a low-power SoC optimised for on-device AI. It provides 10 TOPS of computing performance while consuming only 3–5 W of power. With a high-performance CPU, AI engine and general-purpose interfaces built in, it can perform AI functions independently without a server connection, making it suitable for various devices, including robots, drones, AI CCTV systems and smart home devices.
Through this exhibition, Mobilint presented a strategy for responding to demand for on-device AI, which is expanding from data centres to on-site environments. The company is also expanding its global partnerships. Recently, it signed a strategic agreement with Aetina, a Taiwanese embedded platform company, to accelerate the commercialisation of AI edge computing.
A Mobilint official said, “ARIES and REGULUS are NPU solutions that deliver both high performance and low power consumption,” adding, “We will continue our collaboration and technological innovation to accelerate the adoption of Edge AI across various industrial sites.”
OnePredict presents its autonomous manufacturing vision with ‘AI Factory OS’

Wonpredic has established itself as a leader in innovating industrial operations and maintenance (O&M) by combining AI with domain expertise. At this year’s Industrial AI Expo, it officially announced the new brand tagline, ‘AI Factory Company’, declaring its transformation into a company specializing in autonomous manufacturing AI.
At the centre of the exhibition was the industrial AI operating system ‘AI Factory OS’. The platform’s core components are ‘Cyclone’, a manufacturing data-based platform, and ‘Guardian pdx’, an equipment and process performance management solution. Cyclone collects, refines, manages and turns into assets the vast amounts of data generated at manufacturing sites, enabling AI models to be operated based on that data. Guardian pdx is an integrated platform that diagnoses and predicts equipment and processes simultaneously. It performs predictive maintenance and quality prediction together and has already been validated in various industrial settings.
Through AI Factory OS, Wonpredic presented a vision for an intelligent operating system encompassing the entire factory, going beyond monitoring individual equipment. Its strategy is to gradually expand specialized applications such as AI-MMS, AI-MES and AI-FEMS based on Cyclone and pdx, supporting concrete outcomes such as optimized equipment maintenance, production scheduling, and energy and carbon reduction.
A Wonpredic representative said, “AI Factory OS is the core platform for making autonomous manufacturing a reality,” adding, “We will build an ecosystem capable of driving innovation across industry as a whole, beyond operational efficiency at manufacturing sites.”
