Before anything runs, the planned work is checked against policy, permission and risk.

An isolated execution space is built for this one task, and for nothing else.

Grounds are found in the organisation's own documents, and a GPU inside the same boundary writes the answer from them.

An audit record is retained, and the answer is delivered.
The answer streams back in real time, and the whole run is kept as an audit record.
