[ARI] AI-powered active workflow system

Introducing ARI

ARI — Start workflows without coding

Daily tasks such as checking, recording, reporting and sending require a consistent amount of time. ARI is a workflow automation system in which AI connects and executes work procedures previously performed by people, based on set conditions. Users set the execution conditions and processing criteria, and AI performs the next task according to those criteria.
AI can be designed as a workplace colleague rather than merely an assistant for routine tasks.

Three elements that make up ARI

ARI’s technical structure consists of conditions that start automation, an engine that manages the sequence of tasks, and integration features that connect external services. When these elements are connected, a single input can lead to multiple subsequent tasks.

ComponentsRoleExamples of application
TriggerDetects the condition that starts the automationSpecific time, data input, API response, user action
Workflow engineManages the task sequence and conditional branchingExecute A if the value meets or exceeds the criteria; execute B if it is below the criteria
API and system integrationRetrieves information from external services or delivers resultsERP, CRM, email, database, cloud, messenger

How is ARI different from a typical AI workflow?

If traditional automation is “executing a predefined macro”, ARI is automation that changes the flow based on the situation.
Instead of having a person click through every step, AI assesses the conditions and connects the steps automatically.
In other words, it is automation that includes decision-making, not just repetition.
